Think more leisurely pace.  Think fewer people.   That’s intimate dining. We deliberately limit the number of reservations we take so we can guarantee your own private table for your party.

On this intimate dinner cruise on Raquette Lake, you enjoy more time on the upper deck during cocktail hour and an intermezzo between salad and the entree – enabling you to get out on the outer decks as much as possible. Coffee and dessert are served on the upper deck, weather permitting. Hey, it’s a boat! We think you want to be outside as much as possible, weather permitting of course! Cocktail Hour Appetizer

• Optional shrimp cocktail @ $20 additional. Four jumbo (U-12) shrimp with sauce
• Cheese platter with five different artisan cheeses, 10 oz. total, candied nuts, grape clusters, baguettes, and crackers $34.  
• 8 oz. bowl of chef-made sweet and heat candied mixed nuts $10
• Available for purchase for any dinner cruise, advance notice required

Price:  $105 (for chicken/salmon), $115 (for chef special/vegetarian), $125 (for prime rib)  pp inclusive; must be 18 years or older
