Individuals also welcome to ride on a luncheon cruise on an excursion basis, on the open upper deck. If you’re driving any distance, be sure to call and confirm excursion cruises midweek, in the event the group cancels.
The dining room is wheelchair accessible (non-motorized). The heads or bathrooms are not. Please let us know in advance if someone uses a wheelchair or has other special seating needs and we’ll arrange the seating to best fit his/her needs.
A credit card is needed to hold your reservation for a meal. You may then pay with credit card or cash when boarding.
LUNCHEON CRUISE (2 HOURS) Wednesday-Saturday
Chef Jim selects and prepares a balanced array of hot and cold dishes garnered from our collection of international and original recipes. The luncheon buffet consists of one hot protein (either chicken, beef or pork), one hot carbohydrate (pasta, rice or potatoes), two hot vegetables, fresh fruit platter, salad, baguettes and butter, dessert, coffee, decaf, tea, lemonade and iced tea. A truly unique and pleasing experience!

Scenic excursion passengers welcome to ride luncheon cruise on open upper deck without lunch at $14/$8 pp. You may not bring your own food or beverage.

Every year we try to come up with something new and different. Many of our guests have been coming for years and look forward to our latest imaginings! Instead of pizza we decided to try soup and sandwich (or salad) on Sundays during July. Chef Jim’s soups are to die for and some people just can’t make a dinner cruise to enjoy his soups. So…..we’re making his soups available during the day- on Sundays in July. There are only 4 Sundays in July so it will be a challenge to decide menus. Chef Jim will decide amongst these options. Call the office or check our website to find out what he’s preparing on a particular Sunday in July!

Sunday Brunch begins on August 3 and is offered through Columbus Day weekend. The Champagne Brunch showcases the imagination and culinary talents of Chef Jim and his staff. This is not your usual brunch buffet! Our signature item is our chef-smoked meats, fish and cheeses served with a side of horseradish/mayo. If you like that smoked taste, you can’t get enough of this! The hot and cold buffet tables are laden with an astonishing array of items.
The cold buffet features:
Chef-smoked beef tenderloin, turkey and pork medallions, as well as cheddar, provolone and swiss cheeses with side of horseradish sauce
Smoked salmon with side of dill sauce
Fresh fruit platter
Bread basket with sweet rolls or doughnuts, quick bread or muffins and flavored butters
The hot line includes:
Chef-smoked slab bacon, sausage links, eggs of the day
Belgian waffles made to order served w/ maple butter & NYS maple syrup
Seafood Newburg with rice
One other protein and one carbohydrate or veggie
The beverage server will bring you your choice of juices, coffee, tea or decaf and, of course, a glass of champagne!
Dessert is served by our wait staff and runs the gamut from flourless chocolate torte drizzled with raspberry sauce and fresh whipped cream to lemon bars to strawberries Romanoff to brownies a la mode or whatever else Chef Jim imagines!

INTIMATE DINNERS ON SUNDAYS and WEDNESDAYS in JULY & AUGUST. This is something we tried last year for the first time: an intimate romantic dining experience for two or similar private seating for a small group of friends. We’re bringing it back by popular demand in 2008. Reservations limited . Same delicious food and attentive service, same scenery. But as close to a land-based restaurant experience as we can get: small, intimate, quiet, individually seated parties; later boarding. $60 per person inclusive. Add $5 for Prime Rib or Chef’s Special orders. Cash bar. Boarding 5:30-6:00. Sailing 6:00 -9:00 pm . Just picture it- cocktails on the upper deck, dinner served about 7:30, dessert and coffee on the upper deck just as the sun slides behind the horizon. Sorry! This is limited to persons 18 years and older.

Commence your Adirondack get-away weekend with a dinner cruise. Later boarding and sailing to give you time to drive up. No narration. Just chill and savor, sit back and relax. Boarding 6:30-7:00 pm. Sailing 7:00-10:00 pm. $45-50 pp. Ask about Chef Jim’s whimsical appetizers each week. Limited to persons 18 years and older.
